It is now a requirement of all ticketing systems to store contact details for contact tracing at a late-night or live entertainment venue. These details will only be used if there is a request made by the HSE Contact Tracing Unit, otherwise the details remain protected under this systems Data Privacy Policy and will be systematically removed after 28 days.
